As a Palestinian living outside my homeland and a frequent traveler due to study and work, I developed a taste for artwork about the Palestinian culture. Over the years, this taste turned into a passion, and I acquired a considerable collection of books, antiques, coins and maps about Palestine. I always wanted to share my collection with others and thought upon ways of sharing it. A few friends suggested that I make a private library and let others, of similar taste, enjoy it. However, after some reflection, I decided not to pursue this idea further, as only a small number of people would be able to benefit from such a library.
